This tool helps you see how balanced your life is and what you should do to make it better. You will become more self aware and motivated to make changes, that will lead you to create more fullfilling life.
The wheel needs to be even to go on. The same with life - it is difficult to be happy when some parts of your wheel are missing (or it would be a bumpy ride!)
What are the key categories on the Wheel of Life?
1. Health/ Fitness
2. Career/ Business
3. Love/ Relationship
4. Spirituality/ Self development/ Learning
5. Family
6. Money/ Finances
7. Fun/ Free time/ Personal goals
8. Friends
ACHIEVING A BALANCED LIFE IS ESSENTIAL!
Basically all you need to is:
1. Review the 8 categories of your Life Wheel. Rank your level of satisfaction in each area to see which ones are off balance.
2. Focus your attention on these gaps. Write down your goals, so you get more balance in your wheel
3. Identify at least once goal to work on to improve your score in one area of the wheel
4. Divide bigger goal into small tasks/ actions
5. Implement them in your daily life.
